In this practical, research-based workshop, you’ll discover the four key factors that set these highly effective therapists apart—and learn how to apply them in your own work starting today.
Course Goal
At the end of the program, participants will better understand the implications of clinician effects on therapeutic outcomes and how to cultivate these core competencies into their practice and daily lives.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify 3 core competencies associated with clinicians who consistently have better-than-average outcomes.
- Explain at least 2 factors required for creating a highly effective therapeutic alliance with a diverse range of clients.Â
- Identify at least 2 personal characteristics that highly effective clinicians tend to possess.
CE Approval: This course has been approved for 1.25 hours of continuing education by the NBCC. The course also meets the qualifications for 1.25 hours of continuing education LMFT’s, LCSW’s, LPCC’s and LEP’s as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
