I recorded my first online lecture back in 2010—honestly, out of pure necessity. That semester, I had a packed conference schedule and needed a way to ensure my students wouldn’t miss out. So, I got creative and recorded my lectures.
To my surprise, the response was overwhelmingly positive. Fast forward to the pandemic: I started experimenting with digital psychoeducational resources for my therapy clients. Once again, the results were remarkable.
