Let's talk about how...
Self-of-the-Clinician Development...Redefined
Expanding on Dr. Gehart's ground-breaking self-of-the-clinician model in Therapy that Works®, this New Year's Retreat is designed to level-you-up both personally and professionally using a five-step model:
Step 1: Reconnect with Your Values and Life Priorities
- When is the last time you wrote down or spoke aloud your most cherished values?
- Have you ever paused to reflect on whether your daily decisions align with your personally chosen values or whether you are simply following dominant societal and family narratives?
- Using a multi-layered, culturally informed assessment model, you will be guided on consciously choosing the fundamental values and priorities that you want to guide your daily life decisions.
Step 2: Reflect on Your Past Year
- How did last year go for you in your emotional, spiritual, health, relationship, financial, professional, and recreational areas of life?
- Using a six-part whole-life wellness model, you will identify where you are thriving and the areas that need attention.
Step 3: Align Next Year with What Matters Most
- What areas of your life need to be made a priority to enable you to live more in alignment with the person you want to be?
- Together with like-minded peers sharing similar journeys, we will outline your priorities for the coming years.
Step 4: Outline a Fail-Proof, Step-by-Step Plan of Action
- Do you have a history of successfully achieving your New Year's goals and resolutions? Only 5% of people do. Do you want to learn their secret?
- Learn evidence-informed goal-setting strategies to set goals that can be achieved and master the strategies to achieve them.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Best Year Yet!
