After writing 14 books, mastering 50 therapeutic approaches, and mentoring thousands of clinicians, one thing has become clear: the mental health field is ready for a more cohesive, research-aligned model for training.

It’s time to move beyond fragmented theories and help therapists—whether fresh out of grad school or seasoned experts—access what actually works.

Today, with the help of cutting-edge research, we know how to train great therapists.

My role is to make that process simpler, more intuitive, and more impactful than ever before.
