Reimagining Therapy
When the Old Rules No Longer Work
Â
Save Your Seat Today!More therapy. Worse outcomes.
That's where we are.
And it is not because clinicians are failing. It is because the world our clients are living in has changed faster than the field of psychotherapy has been able to keep up with.
Artificial intelligence, climate anxiety, political polarization, social fragmentation, and chronic uncertainty are reshaping how people experience identity, relationships, safety, and hope.Â
Our traditional therapeutic models were developed for a world that felt more stable, predictable, and coherent, and they need to be reimagined to keep up.
This workshop examines what the research actually tells us about the forces shaping mental health today—and where psychotherapy must evolve to meet the moment.
Together, we will cut through the noise surrounding contemporary social stressors, explore new models of mental health designed for prolonged uncertainty, and revisit existential principles through a distinctly twenty-first-century lens.
This is not about pretending to have all the answers.
It is about developing a better map for a world that keeps shifting beneath our feet.
Why This Workshop Matters
Many clients are no longer struggling only with individual symptoms or isolated relationship problems. They are trying to function in a world marked by accelerating change, declining trust, constant exposure to crisis, and a growing sense of powerlessness.
They are asking questions such as:
- How do I plan for a future that feels impossible to predict?
- How do I stay connected when the world feels increasingly divided?
- How do I find meaning when so much feels unstable?
- How do I make choices when I feel powerless?
- How do I maintain hope without denying reality?
These are not peripheral concerns. They are becoming central clinical issues.
Therapists need new perspectives that can address not only symptoms, but also uncertainty, agency, disconnection, and the emotional consequences of living in a rapidly changing world.
Therapy Must Change Because the World Has Changed
Â
Let's figure this out...together.
