The 5 Pillars of Wellness:

The Invisible Bedrock of Lifelong Mental Health

FREE Workshop with 1 hour of Continuing Education Credit

Description: Surprisingly, some of the most effective interventions for mental health issues are rarely discussed by mental health professionals because most of the research was conducted outside the field. In this workshop, you will learn how to incorporate the 5 Pillars of Wellness--including healthy eating, sleep, exercise, social support, and stress management strategies--to dramatically improve your clinical outcomes. The 5 Pillars of Wellness can help your clients achieve results more quickly, reduce the need for medication, and maintain lifeline wellness.

Access: Registrants can attend the training live or watch the replay beginning June 26, 2024. Acces to FREE CE ends July 31, 2024. After this, access is available for $39.
