Psychotherapy Is Evolving...Are You Ready?

The field of psychotherapy is rapidly evolving beyond a fractured patchwork of disparate theories and practitioners divided against one another.

The research and evidence base has grown to offer increasingly practical guidance for daily clinical practice.

Increasingly, what works is more clearly defined rather than a matter of personal opinion.

How we work and train needs to shift as well.

The good news is that when you fuse all of the theories and research in the field, the clinician's job becomes much, much easier.
